YOUR PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE STARTS HERE . . .
Step 1. Book your portrait session.
To book in for your portrait session - whether it be for a newborn or family session - all you need to do is head to the 'Pricing' page, select the session type you are after, add it to your cart and purchase your session. After your purchase, I'll be on contact via email to arrange a pre-consultation phone or video call with you.

All studio sessions are booked on weekdays subject to availability, and your session time will start at 10:30am. All outdoor/on-location sessions are held on Saturdays only and your session time will be different depending on the time of year, the weather and the location. Saturday appointments are very limited, so please be sure to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
A $50 booking fee is required to confirm your portrait session on the calendar, and will be refunded back to you if you choose to make no additional purchases, or it will be credited towards your final order invoice at your Design and Ordering Appointment. It is non-refundable if you cancel your session within 3 days of your scheduled session date.

Step 2. Pre-consultation.
Upon booking, you will be sent a Questionnaire and Portrait Contract to sign as part of the booking process. Once we've received your completed questionnaire and signed your contract, you’re all booked in!
We'll guide you through the entire experience so you feel confident in your session, your choices, the colours and style you are wanting and that all the photographs you are wanting are captured for you.
Have a browse through the ‘Products and Wall Art’ available through the studio for ideas and inspiration on how you want to display your memories in your home!
Step 3. Your portrait session.
You've made it to the studio! Well done! It can be a challenge to leave the house with a brand new baby sometimes. All you need to do now is sit back and relax while we take care of your baby and your photographs. Occasionally, I may ask you to hold a blanket or stay near your baby for safety while I adjust and work around your bub.
But mostly, it's about creating beautiful memories for your family, so enjoy! I highly recommend and encourage family photos with mum and dad, so be prepared for a family photo. If you've brought any special heirloom items, we will make sure to photograph them with your bub and make this a fun experience for everyone.
Step 4. Your Design and Ordering Appointment.
After your session, you will be able to choose a date/time for your Design and Ordering Appointment.
At your D+O Appointment I will be bringing your images and product samples to your home, so you have the convenience of your own comfy lounge room to enjoy this experience.
I'll be on-hand to answer all of your questions and help you make the best decisions for your family home. Albums, Wall Art, prints - it's all personal preference about how you want to enjoy your portraits in the years to come. Having me available to answer questions, means you'll be confident in your decisions, and when the time comes to hang your artwork in your home, you'll know it is going to look perfect.
Your custom designed artwork and albums will be ordered once payment is received and within 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the products you purchased, your items will be ready. All Wall Art comes ready to hang and display in your home straight away.
Matted prints start at $150, Print/Digital Collections from $650 - $1750, Wall Art (Canvas, Boxed Canvas, Frames) from $250 - $1990, Albums from $690 - $1550.

Step 5. Delivery of your Artwork.
Once I've received your artwork from the lab, I check it over to ensure it's in perfect condition, and then we arrange a time for me to come and deliver them to your door.
